I also believe there should be free Internet access at least for premium passengers in the lounges. The marginal cost must surely be negligible compared with the costs of providing the drinks, food and the environment.
I've always been surprised about hotels in the US - the more expensive the hotel, the more chance you have to pay for your Internet. The mid-range hotels and motels nearly all provide free access.
