Not to mention, you have no insight as to say 'Delta made sure the issue was resolved'. They pacified you in order to end the complaint, that's it.
Thanks for your comment; you managed to miss the point. The big issue is that you weren't there, so didn't see what transpired. If I failed to convey the situation accurately, I'm sorry. Here's the summary for you again.
- I asked to use a shorter line;
- I got a condescending lecture about "the law";
- I didn't appreciate it and asked to complain to a supervisor;
- I was told I couldn't complain and was threatened with police if I did;
- I insisted on complaining and didn't get satisfaction;
- I got Delta involved to fix the problem.
