I wasn't able to get the link below to a video to work, don't know if it requires a subscription, but somebody at BW has a sense of humor! Imagine, mentioning our favorite airline's offering (in C, to/from Hong Kong earlier this week) a flimsy drawstring pouch with almost less-than-nothing in it, cheek-by-jowl with with descriptions of the contents of the classy articles presented by Emirates, Cathay, and Singapore...
