Gulf Air Complaint
I filled a complaint with Gulf Air. Sent a letter and a fax to the old CEO, André Dosé. Got a confirmation email and letter that my complaint arrived there.
Since then, about two months have passed and no answer from the GF side. I then sent an email to the CSR who sent me the confirmation. He does not answer to me. Neither via email nor via snail mail.
Whenever I send an email to the new CEO, I get the confirmation that the email was red but I don't get an answer. This means to me that his staff read and delete my mails and letters.
Do you folks have any advice to whom I shall place my complaint?
