I managed to get two printed in a phone call to MNL via the Oz 1300 number in a call which took 13mins. It should have taken less than a minute. I have given up on MNL for all issues except ticketing. I ring a US number while US call centres are open. However US call centres now force me to ring MNL for actual ticketing (in AUD). My one straight ticketing adventure so far worked OK.
