Umm.... yes... it's a coach ticket, but you get a seat assigned in the F cabin. The price of a Y-UP ticket is usually much more expensive than "normal" Y fares, but sometimes or on some routes you can get a good deal.

Basically they are tickets to scam your employer that makes you travel in Y.
