Welcome to FlyerTalk! In the upper right hand portion of your screen you will find a Search This Forum button that enables you to limit your search to the *wood forum. Entering in Georgia, North Carolina, or Tennessee will bring up various properties. Additionally, looking at the sticky at the top of the forum indicating "Resource Thread" also shows various properties throughout the Southeast. These may assist you in starting your search for information and then posing a question/thread asking specific questions once you have narrowed things down a bit.

Personally, if those are your criteria states you may have some difficulty unless you're willing to stay somewhere and then do day trips e.g., Raleigh and then drive to Asheville or Boone (more driving than I enjoy in a day but that enables you to stay in a *wood property and visit gorgeous NC mountains).
