First, welcome to FlyerTalk!

You run a "multi-million dollar business" and "fly American Airlines almost every week", but the first thing you do in reaction to this situation is to post here? Where absolutely no one can do anything to correct the situation for you? Rather than let your attorney/legal department handle the situation? (You do have legal counsel, right?)

Please forgive my skepticism. If you really are facing this situation, take the advice of the "graybeards" on this forum and communicate openly and honestly with AA--I'm not about to believe they'll do you wrong if you are really innocent.
