Does anyone know if this is possible:

I have about 10,000 Aeroplan miles and 5000 Aeroplan status miles.

I have the MBNA Business credit card with about 50,000 BMI DC destination miles, though no status miles yet.

Can I transfer either of my Aeroplan mile types across to the Diamond Club somehow?

I'd like to stick with DC, as the credit card is nicely accumulating points on a daily basis
