I assume you're joking about class action lawsuit. What could possibly be actionable? Of course, at some point TYN will again devalue but so will everyone else. Comparing TYN to Capital One, IMHO, is like comparing Angelina Jolie to Jennifer Anniston. Whatever happened to the latter, by the way?
