I will be returning from AMS in early September. No UG inventory is available (yet) and may not be (can only book 3 revenue BC seats - no inventory checker available to see what actual J/C/Z inventories are).

How early one can go to the ticket or airside transfer desk to request an UG (will be staying at the Hilton AMS so no great deal to walk over)? I'd love to go to Amsterdam Zuid (Beethoven Straat) to get some cheese rather than wait in the airport all morning.
