The fares I've been on (including B,H and M - and some thru LCY but not the LCY ones as they were $1 cheaper and the corporate travel system said 'no'!) have been completely non-changeable on day of departure. Only if I bought a completely new J ticket were they changeable. (Which is just buying a brand new ticket so not exactly changing the existing one!!!)
