Unfortuantly this is a universal problem on US airlines and my favourite US Airways does it as well. The moment you leave the club the screen tells you on time and 5 minutes later at the gate no plane to be seen and the board shows delayed.Where you could have relaxed or worked at the club you now hang out in the gate area waiting like an idiot and depending on the delay you start the nice mind game Is it enough time for going back. Especially when the incoming aircraft is late this makes no sense at all operations know this often for over an hour but it seems like there is a big delay between airlines knowledge at operations and what is posted on the screens often operated by the airports. Kind of stupid when you can watch the incoming flight on your laptop in real time with the tracking services but the airline does not inform you about it.
