I had a 80 minute delay notification for a flight out of at LGA via Easy Update about three or four years ago.
I decided to show up as if it was on time anyway since I was going to sit at the RCC for the delay. Good thing I did, as the flight was on-time.
I got some shrugged shoulders from the agent when I told her (and showed her) the notification.
I've never used Easy Update since.
