This agent or the agent the day before probably got mad, when they saw that you grabbed those nice seats, before they were able to block them. Therefore they gave you those ugly seats on the Avro
I'm just wondering, if they could have canceled your nice seats during their seat blocking operation, just after you did OLCI? Probably yes, but I guess they were afraid of endless discussions
