That kind of condition/switch error back in freshman programming class would've resulted in 1 grade lower! What's worse is that it's an error that's visible from the default condition, and not something you have to jump through hoops to replicate. Usually that gets caught at QA testing, or at roll-out it's immediately fixed. Hello UA programmers? Earth to UA programmers!
