I was recently at UA checkin at SEA for a flight to PHL via ORD and (eventually, with help from my travel companion) recognised that the couple checking in next to me were Graham Kerr (aka The Galloping Gourmet) and his wife.

Later, we discovered that they were one row ahead of us on a flight from SEA to ORD. Both of them were quite friendly.
