Actually I would have liked to, but alas, i was beaten to the thread. Before I could assist this member, several of the "usual suspects" had to add their personal snarky remarks and at that point, it just wasn't much fun to try and answer.

A common courtesy among most members of FlyerTalk: when someone is asked a question, it's considered polite to allow them the ability to answer it without interruption.

For others interested, I have answered the member personally since my "parking space" was occupied.
