I have found the same thing, also with EK. ITA was showing a Karachi - Dubai - New York (and return) ticket with Karachi - Dubai - Karachi in Business all on a Q fare basis. I couldn't price it online but my TA was able to get it. I think it had something to do with "upgrading" the fare as the price was shown in NUC not PKR.
