I know that others have had problems with their service, but they have been great to me. Shortly after I signed up (3 months ago) they offered a promotion for the companion fare versus the signup bonus. I sent them an Email requesting the companion fare option versus the signup bonus which they willingly changed. Their process must automatically kick out these certs because, like you, I also got another 1,000 cert! I have called them several times on billing issues, and they have always done a good job responding. Makes me wonder why I took so long to change from my "local" bank (which is now owned by someone else).
