Sorry to keeping pushing the subject but I have never flown on CO transcon in the front and would like to know if I need to order a special meal (allergy to shellfish).

I see some of the menu items are "salad w/shrimp or salmon" and there is a cajun soup (I'm assuming it has shrimp in it). Opinions would be much appreciated as I'd like to not die on my way from EWR to SEA.
