If you haven't already I would double check to make sure the email you expect to be set up is set up, this can be done at:

by subscribing. If this fails to resolve your problem there is a chance that the provider of your email service is blocking the message before it gets to your mail box. In this case you might want to contact your email provider and let them know that you are not receiving messages from
