How long for cancelled trips to be removed from My Itineraries?
Ran a search but I didn't find anything conclusive on this...
I cancelled an upcoming UA R/T four days ago and applied the remaining fare (after change fees) to a new R/T. Both the cancelled trip and the new trip are currently showing on My Itineraries. The new trip appears OK, but the cancelled trip still has all legs showing as “confirmed”. I can see the E-receipt for the old trip but it doesn’t show any indication of being cancelled. How long does it usually take for My Itineraries to reflect a cancellation?
