Hi,

I showed both the long-haul CW and intra-Europe ET boarding passes in both cases. All flights are on BA for same-day connection less than 4 hours, though the segment to/from FRA is on a separate ticket from the YYZ/LHR/HKG segment. Would I be considered genuinely connecting?

The person at LHR said that I was only entitled to the Arrivals Lounge, and the lady at FRA called her supervisor before denying me access.
