Yes, that's true . Probably a better way to say it would be more catered to traditional Mainland "tastes" a la the new Grand Lisboa, versus a more international flavor at the Wynn, Venetian, and even the Sands Casino. Definitely EVERYTHING in Macau is catered to Mainlanders in general...lol.
