Today, I had to point out to the FA on a 747-400 that the upper deck exits were not armed ( we were almost cleared for take off). THEY FORGOT. She apologized and thanked me for paying attention. How can that happen? Shouldn't some sort of fancy lightbulb device go off in the cockpit?
