One time on a Jet Blue flight they made an announcement at the end telling everybody to either fold their blanket back up nicely or take it with them, but not to leave it wadded up in the seat. I thought that was funny. They probably just had a fast turnaround. I think its stealing to take them, though, in other situations where no such announcement has been made.
