I am on that route a lot. Be prepared for the old C-seats, unfortunately. This means there are 3 rows (rows 8-10) in the forward section. In this config I prefer row 9 because the seat fully reclines and you have a full-size seat pocket in front of you; in addition for all the reasons given above to choose the forward compartment.
