The discounts look pretty good... Amstel lowest rate for Oct 21 is $640 and the amex travellers check site referenced above has it at $523. When you buy $500 or more in cheques you are given a $500 account from which your discounts are drawn. I just wonder if the BOGO certs and RA perks would still apply.
