Don't worry, 1 hour 30 should do it (after arrival at T1), 2 hours from touch down. You're clearing mid afternoon.

If worst comes to worst do what I did once, escape T1 (with no luggage) grab a cab and go around to T4 then straight thru security. (oh don't forget to say my flight's departing and go to the front of x-ray) Or smile and go via fast track. Plead panic. It worked for me
