How many rooms face La Rambla? Do they have balconies? Are there any suites with preferred views?

Also, do Plats have any benefits like free breakfast other than the amenity?
Diamonds at the Hilton seem to enjoy more benefits than SPG Plats here? (although it's not in the same location!!)

Planning a trip for next year...
