I've tried the cash voucher (type B) at the airport and have been told the PNRs must be split. I had the agent call the help desk and no luck there either. I'd love it if someone had the instructions for how this is to be done. Simply telling an agent it can be done or that you've had success in doing it in the past usually doesn't work too well.

I will say that because of this and a few other problems with this particular agent, I wrote one of my rare complaint letters and did end up with 2 CR1s from customer service ...but I'd far rather know for certain how it is to be done and get it done quickly and correctly than have to complain every time, even if it does bring some benes.
