Whoops, sorry, my typo - I intended to write 99 & 71, though I guess you could stretch it to 99:59 and 71:59. I don't know about you, but my (occasional) cleared upgrades don't seem to happen exactly at the window - the last couple the email was sent maybe 5 or 10 minutes after the window opened.
