Just calulated it with excel:
Asumption: You have 1012,50 € to spent, the money flows within no-time from one account to another.
After 100 times, each time deducting the charge, you still have 287 € in your account and 114500 miles on your M&M. For this money, you will get nearly two Business-Class flights to Africa (+ 200 € each flight tax etc).
That is about the money for two Ecco-Flights there.
