Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?

Booked 1 King bed Full Harbour view Delux Suite. Didn't get any upgrade due to the renovation on there Terrace suite and CEO suite, but they gave me a special rate 9999 HKD and club access was also included with that rate.



How are the rooms?
The room is just great^welcome gift was a big fruit plate, box of chocolate, and chopstick. The room it is about 105 sq meter living room and bed room seperated stunning Full harbour view, even from my bed it is awesome.I could say it was one of the best suite in my life! bath room was huge and had a big nice jacuzzi(size of 2~3 people) with a great harbour view. since I had a club included, all of the bathroom amenty was upgraded to Bvlgari

How is the Exec. lounge?
Club lounge is nice. foods are ok
staffs are very helpful and friendly

What was good and what was bad?
Good: everything was just excellent this property is way much better than IC Grand Standford. At the airport nice Rolls was waiting for me and I really felt like I was a celebrity(everybody was looking at me like who is that guy)I enjoyed the the Rolls very much, but personally I've liked the Bently better on my way back The level of service and satisfaction is about same level compare to IC Bali. Only one word is needed to this hotel..Excellent

Value for money? Would you return?
IC Hong Kong is way expensive compare to IC Grade Standford, but I think it is worth it! I will definitly return
