However, on reaching LHR, the baggage delivery was terrible. All the first class bags, all correctly tagged with First labels and Priority Tags were the very last to appear on the belt some 35-40 minutes after the first bags came up. In all, first class passengers were waiting for well over an hour for our bags.
Yes, I do understand that we did get the bags in the end, as opposed to 20,000 others who have recently lost theirs.
So, am I being ungrateful in thinking of complaining about this service.
