Thanks! With that in mind, I'm considering asking for an award ticket to be paper-ticketed. I'm flying back FUK-HND, NRT-SFO and I was hoping that getting a paper ticket issued would help me fly the first leg earlier. My concern is that ANA is always pickier about rules than US carriers and would probably assess me change fees even with a paper ticket. Any opinions?
