Brunch on Orchard Road
Hi all -

Just wondering if anyone had a good breakfast recommendation for Orchard Road? We will be arriving from YVR at midnight, and then headed to Seletar Airport for 2pm, so wanted to relax and have a good breakfast/brunch before heading out.

Westerners, but don't need Western food, open to anything.

Side note - do taxis from the airport take AMEX/Visa, or am I best to hit an ATM on the way out?
