I have an opportunity to spend a day in Oslo -- should I do it? It would be my first city in Scandanavia....

(1) How long does it take, and what does it cost, to get from the airport to city center?

(2) Where should I have lunch?

(3) How should I spend my day (from approximately 10am to 3pm)
