I know, your main interest is laptop bags, but I had a not so good experience with Tumi. I bought the T-Tech Pulse Grand 35" Wheeled Duffel and had to replace it after less than two years because of too much damage. Well, I know the baggage handlers at JFK can be rough, but still. I have a rowenta aluminum piece now and am quite happy with it.
