Anyone with a reservation code (PNR) which can be gotten from the travel agent the moment the reservation is made can go into the site and choose their seat. It has nothing to do with OLCI. So 100% of the people with printed e-tickets can go online and change their seat even without printing a boarding pass. Then once Shabbat is out they can then print the boarding pass with the seat they chose before Shabbat.
