I agree that it is drawing a long bow and unfair to label the entire QF company as being inherently racist based upon the alleged incident of one FA perhaps having a bad hair day.

I also believe and can say this without qualification and from experience that many people whom class themselves or are in a minority can see discrimination where in fact there is none.
