I switched from TG F back to CX J for my frequent HKG-BKK runs after TG's service deteriorated of late. However, after my last BKK-HKG flight with CX, which was without doubt the worst J service I've ever experienced on any airline (and also the worst service I've ever experienced with CX in any class), I am now utterly confused as to what to do!
