From Europe there is not much better then themselve !
LH, BA, AF, are around the same, LX may be is a litle better and OS, KL SK ,AZ even don't offer a first class.
I have met many refugees from Thai (C/F) on EVA's "Premium Laurel Class" (a 61" lie-flat, but not horizontal C class product) which runs non-stop from LHR to BKK. (The flight runs on to Taipei - and noticeably most pax get off at BKK.)

This class is also available VIE-BKK.

Between AMS-BKK they run C and F, but an older format. Met some TG refugees on AMS-BKK too.
