Overall I wasn't that impressed. Beautiful lobby.Lots of granite and marble. Choice of valet or free self park. Staff at desk spoke english fairly well. Good location but very difficult to find. Restaurants were pricey so we passed on them. Room was nice but nothing great. I've stayed at nicer Crowne Plazas (one of which is nearby but easier to locate). Indoor pool area was very well kept and nice. Great views. No shampoo in room. not a big deal but I needed it! Mini bar and amenities tray items were expensive. can of soda $4.50US toothbrush $4.50US candy bar$3.00US
my biggest complaint- Wired internet access and only one person can use it. This is a hotel that caters to business people. if you have two laptops, you are out of luck. They said they had never had any complaints about not being able to hook up two computers to the internet. For the past two weeks i had been staying at a small Comfort Inn in the middle of nowhere ( 2 hours away) and had wireless for both computers.
I don't think I will stay there again and will go on over to the CP Monterrey.
