“Fluffy”, “Frisbee-size” flapjacks and “killer muffins” make for “crazy waits” at this “friendly” Lower East Side “glorified diner” known for its “phenomenal” weekend brunches; then again, the New American “comfort food” at the “much more laid-back” dinner is also “pretty darn good.”
