thanks for the thoughts so far. She did mention something about what looked like a really good pension program, once one is "vested" in it, and that the holidays/vacation amounts were REALLY good (compared to the US). She's currently checking housing options...apparently, the NHS can put people in touch with some kind of assistance (either its own or housing agencies) that help its London workers find affordable housing.
