It looks like all the arrivals before 5:55am are from southeast Asia. I would assume that there are flight timing issues for those aircraft that help them land some of the few slots that are exceptions to the curfew.

Edit: Oops, missed the BOS flight. Maybe BA just paid someone off for that one.
