Automatic check-in @ PHF?
My co-workers and I have been facing what appears to be someone who is being over-zealous in trying to provide good customer service---but it's quite annoying.
We fly PHF-LGA 644 weekly. Whenever we don't do OLCI, and show up at the kiosk, we have already been checked in, preventing seat changes from the kiosk, and we are only presented with the reprint boarding pass option. Also--if you speak to a CSA at the check-in desk, they have more than once grabbed your BP from a stack of BPs that have already been pre-printed! Additionally, this prevents us from purchasing business class upgrades over the phone---since we are already checked in. All my fellow travelers are A+ Elite and A2B customers.
Has anyone ever heard of this occurring at other stations? It doesn't happen LGA-PHF.
