For Centurion card holders we now have a majority of the lounges in the US with the combination of AC's and Priority Pass. I will probably now give up my AC membership next renewal - there are no refunds unless AA cancels you! I'm debating however the loss of the Regus network which I have used a few times thru their arrangement with AA.
